Automatic and compact equipment for preparation and dosage of solid/liquid polymers to apply in the flocculation of potable water treatment or waste water treatment, consisting of the following elements:

Deposit two or three compartments, as volume, interconnected by overflow. Two or three agitators with speed reducer, provided with one or two propellers according to compartments.

Level probe for maneuver of minimum and maximum level of security. Water intake with pressure switch, pulse meter, pressure regulator, solenoid valve, inlet valve, drain valve and PVC manifold. Volumetric doser with endless screw, thermostat probe, protection grid and product level (optional).

Electrical cabinet ready for automatic operation, provided with the necessary security elements and a frequency converter using software that allows proportional dosage of polyelectrolyte depending on the inflow of water. A touch screen (optional) facilitates the selection of the concentration of polyelectrolyte to dose, know the flow of water we have at all times and indicates if any error is detected on the computer. This dosage control system represents a significant saving of solids and manufacturing time.
