The electronic system can be calibrated for any tank size; these may be of varying sizes and shapes.
In normal operation, the computer screen shows us the product number, numbered from 1 to 7, which is siphoning.
The equipment detects if the containers or nurse tanks are emptied, if the pumps do not work, or if for any reason no product is transferred, without probes or sensors in them. In the previous case the equipment will give us a sound-light alarm and the screen will indicate the number of deposit that caused the problem.
The anti-overflow buoys system is completely independent of the electronic controller and remains active even in the event of total failure of it, ensuring the locking system in case of failure by activating the relevant alarm.
The device is designed for automatic transfer of up to 8 products from one tank to another. For example, we can transfer from a 1000L container to smaller tanks of 100L located under de Elados pumps so they do not have suction problems.
In the case of problems with communicating vessels, a valve for chemicals that operate in parallel with the pump will be added to the installation to avoid this unwanted effect.
