DOSAGE CBW TUNNELS

 The CBW is a dosage system capable of supplying simultaneously two washing tunnels.

Through 16 tunnel dosing pumps and their corresponding water trawls.

Allows to automate tunnels with older drivers and only a couple of valid signals.

Features:

• 2 tunnels with 20 cameras each displayed on screen.

• The programs are counted when leaving the last chamber.
• It will provide the following information:

· Program Nº

· Description

· Day

· Start time

· End time

· Nominal Kg.

The equipment needs the following signals from the tunnel at 220VAC:

1.      Two free dosage delayable signals in the washing tunnel. One will give us the tens of programs and other the units. In total we will have 99 programs.
2.      A signal transfer.
3.      A Stop/Start signal. It will be 220V whenever the tunnels is operational.
